Struggling...struggling bad

Only Day 3 of Soup diet and its killing me. I'm over the soup already. (K-totally Fart Town in our house, you're right)
Totally caved last night. M & I worked a function (occassional work we do for cash), we knew it would be tough, the food always looks great. So we ate our soup before we left and we were allowed a big baked potato with butter.
Couldn't resist though, in the end I ate 4 salt & pepper squid pieces, 3 BBQ Meatballs, 2 mini pizzas and 1 mini samosa. No pies or quiches at least. *sigh*
Back to the soup.

5 kindred spirits ~ This bugs them too!:

Oh that sounds terrible!

I have no self control (clearly lol)!! Three days is good though!!
Did you get any nasty head aches etc?

I'l never do it again, although as i commented in your other post, I do still make the soup (similar recipe, just adda few things) and have it for lunch in winter. I freeze it into chinese containers and microwave it at work. Good with pasta too.

I am such a sucker for finger food. I'd have broken too.

Yes no control at all. Sunday night we actually had toast with our soup for dinner too.
Milk and banana day was alright actually, I think it was a lot worse when we were just sitting around at home, trying not to eat.

Reanan ~No headaches, but I got a nasty stomach cramp this morning after soup-breakfast.

K ~Yeah the recipe isn't bad, but there is a distinct lack of root vegetables which I think would help it a LOT

BUT, I've lost 1.2kg as of this morning!

Yay! At least you're losing! Soup breakfast is the worst. And the root vegies would be a godsend but they're carbohydrates and therefore evil.

Yeah and M had lost 3kg, which I think with the cheating we've done is really good!

*sigh* oh but for some pumpkin or kumera.
