Where 1 is not-so-bad and 5 is back-away-from-the-internet

Which is worse?

Trawling the Facebook profile of your ex-bf
Trawling the Facebook profile of your husband's ex-GF
Trawling Facebook profiles of people you barely know
Trawling Facebook for acquaintances of old (which may or may not include old hook-ups)

(why do I always end up doing this on Friday afternoons?)
