I do love hearing people whine about water/harbour/any views because its all such shit isn't it? Really.
I like trees than I like a lot of people, can you imagine cutting a tree down (or drilling a hole in it and filling it with poison which would be far more discreet... morons) for the sake of some blue squiggly stuff?
Honestly some people need to rearrange the priorities of life!
Well in their defence, depending on where the property is located, having water views can add $100K's to your property value...
